Willie B Holland, a native of Newport News, VA always had a desire
to perform and sing. He was able to fulfill this dream when he went
to New York City with a group called The Majestics to record music
with The Poindexters. Members of The Majestics were John Tobias,
Tommy Lee Hill, Tommy Faison, and Ronald Langford. After many
hardships, Willie B Holland was the only member of The Majestics
left in New York to work with the Poindexters. Later, he merged with
a group known as The Internationals to form a new group called The
Persuaders.

The Persuaders were successful in recording a million dollar seller,
"It's A Thin Line Between Love and Hate." After recording their
second album, "The Persuaders", Willie B Holland left the group but
still remains a loyal fan and promoter of the New
Ultimate Persuaders.
